• Open any browser, like "Mozilla Firefox" from the start-menu

• In the address field write "www.centos.org"

• Click "Get CentOS Now"

• Click "alternative downloads"

• Click "mirrors"

• Click any mirror link, the first is a good choice

• Click "CentOS-7-x86_64-DVD-1908.iso"

• At "What should Firefox do with this file?" select "Save File"

• Click "OK"

Just save/move the file to a folder of your choice.
